Joseph's Construction is dedicated to providing our clients with a wonderful residential or commercial construction experience. Our process will keep you in the loop so that you are involved throughout the entire experience.
Meeting
When we initially meet with you, we want to hear all about the vision you have for your project. If there are details or options you haven’t yet decided on, we’ll work together to create a design that fits the unique look you are searching for. We can start to draw plans for all types of construction projects right here in our office. Our expertise is at your fingertips! Whenever you may have questions, we are readily available to meet with you and answer them, even if it means at night and or on the weekend to accommodate your schedule.
Planning
The planning doesn’t stop there. With several contract options to fit your personal needs, we will work with you to design your project within your budget. From there we will schedule out the entire construction process so that your experience is informative, enjoyable, on schedule, and within or below budget. We strive to be timely and trustworthy with our work. We’re not going to bump up the budget or draw out our construction schedule without talking it over with you.
Building
We promote weekly job site visits to allow you to ask questions and address any concerns. At Joseph's Construction, we like to keep you informed of things like subcontractor schedules, selections, work completion percentage, budgets and weekly cost analysis.
